GriefShare Support Group

A GriefShare support group is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. The current group meets every Wednesday until June 11, 2025 from 6:00-7:30 p.m. in the Community Room at the church. Here you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief. Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability - and gain solid support each step of the way.

Memorial Candle

Each person receives a free participant workbook to use during group meetings and to take home. It has exercises you can do during the week should you choose, and serves as a road map on your grief journey. This book helps you process your emotions and experiences and cope with the loss. You’ll apply what you’ve heard in the group and gain tools to deal with complicated grief. Go to www.griefshare.org for more information.

THIS GROUP IS FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

INTERCESSORY PRAYER GATHERING

We believe in the power of prayer, and we host an intercessory prayer gathering twice a month. This is a chance for us to come together, share our joys and sorrows, and lift each other up in prayer.

Join us any time and experience the power of prayer.

WOMEN'S
COMMUNITY BIBLE STUDY

For several weeks each fall and again in the spring, women from the community gather to dive deep into the Scriptures, seeking to understand their meaning and relevance in our lives today. Through interactive discussions, thought-provoking teachings, and meaningful fellowship, we explore the timeless truths of the Bible and how they apply to our daily experiences.

Our study is designed to be a place of learning, transformation, and community building. As we engage with the Scriptures, we also build authentic relationships with one another, supporting and encouraging each other on our spiritual journeys.

CARING FRIENDS

Having a caring friend enriches our lives and makes the journey more meaningful. They remind us that we are not alone and that we have someone who truly cares about our happiness and well-being. Their presence brings comfort, laughter, and a sense of belonging that nourishes our souls.

Our team visits in assisted living facilities, hospitals and has an active card ministry to those who need love during stressful times in life.
