Come join our new fitness class, Drum2BFit!
During a Drum2BFit class, you’ll use real drumsticks on yoga balls in a head-to-toe, music-driven workout that’s as fun as it is effective for all seniors. It can be done standing or sitting depending on your level. Each class is set to a customized playlist and led by certified instructors who bring the energy, motivation, and fun to the activity.
Classes will be on the third Friday of each month from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall.
Cost for the instructor is $10.00 (cash) per participant. Must be paid in advance. Non-refundable.
Registration will be accepted at the EUM Church every Monday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. while the Art Club meets - or at other times arranged by emailing seniors@eastgreenswichnj.com to sign up and confirm when you will prepay.
Class size: Minimum 20(to hold the class) and Maximum 30
